Company History

Caffe D’Amore is the world’s leading gourmet specialty coffee and beverage company. The legacy was destined in 1895, when the specialty drink with the sweetly memorable name, Caffe D’Amore Con Un Bacio, or “The Coffee of Love With a Kiss,” was introduced by the grandmother of the company’s current-day President, Paul Comi.

In that family ristorante in Bellagio, Italy, the story of Caffe D’Amore was born. Today, the company is still known for the traditional attention to artisanship, quality and flavor that distinguishes Caffe D’Amore’s renowned collection of gourmet food and beverages.

Inspired by its Old World family heritage, Caffe D’Amore was founded in 1969 in Pasadena, California. For over three decades, Caffe D’Amore has maintained its global reputation for superior taste, quality and innovation.

Today, the company’s award-winning collection includes coffee, sipping chocolate and cocoa, ice blended drinks, teas, nutritional supplements, scones and jams. All Caffe D’Amore products are developed, produced, packaged and distributed at the company’s headquarters and state-of-the-art production facility in Monrovia, California.
